As Activities and Leisure Supervisor, you’ll be right in the middle of the action where no two days are the same, be people focused, and ensure the team are ready to run the shift like clockwork! Help your team shine with a top-notch induction and ongoing training, making sure all Lifeguards meet the highest legal standards. Keep customers and team members safe, ensuring a worry-free experience for everyone! Work with department leaders to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results.
