The successful candidate will lead and be accountable for the safe and high-quality day-to-day running and operation of the WISF Sports Centres and its associated facilities, which include Astros, Tennis, and Netball areas. Key responsibilities include: Solve daily problems to ensure Sports Centre facilities, service, and standards are met and maintained. Provide staff with open, constructive, and transparent feedback through decisive leadership during all situations, including emergencies. Ensure staff adhere to correct Normal Operation Procedures (NOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs). Hold an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
