Here at Active Fusion, we’re looking for a new
Sports Development Officer
to lead on our schools events programme (in particular the
School Games ), to maintain relationships with our local schools and foster new ones so that we can deliver programmes to meet the goal of getting more young people, more active, through sport in their educational settings! This is a blended role of development and hands-on coaching offering the ideal candidate a mixed week of: Planning for upcoming events/campaigns including the
School Games

link ) Working closely with schools on what the future programme of events needs to look like within their setting (as each school is different) Delivering PE to our local schools (approx. 2 days each week) including the planning, delivering and assessment of lessons The ideal candidate may have previously worked full-time in a delivery role and may now be looking to take all of that experience into mainly a development role that still has a couple of days of hands-on coaching. Our ideal candidate would have: Considerable experience of working in
educational
