Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, build resilience, and develop key life skills through tailored support and encouragement. Key Responsibilities: Provide focused one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs, fostering emotional regulation and positive behaviours. Use your sports background to encourage teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence. Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN professionals to create a structured and engaging learning environment. Proactively manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism. Act as a role model, inspiring students to achieve their potential in and out of the classroom. Why Apply?
