An inspirational and ambitious Sports Graduate is required to work across a range of girls’ and boys’ coaching situations in a superb school and high achieving Sports Department. We have 1 position to start immediately and 2 from September 2025. This role is an opportunity for a talented Sports Graduate to work as a valued member of the teaching support team, whilst also supporting and assisting the academic and boarding provision. As such, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in exploring coaching and/or teaching as a career in the future. We are looking for a lively and dynamic Sports Graduate to inspire and teach students across the year groups and to contribute to this flourishing and forward-looking department. The Sports Graduate will coach each of the major sports per term, support pre-season training, and wider sporting activities across the co-curricular. The Sports Graduate will be expected to contribute to the delivery of one or more of the following, depending on experience and qualifications: Strength and Conditioning Sports Psychology Performance analysis Sports Scholar Mentoring and Development All coaches and staff have the opportunity to be mentored by ex-national and current national level coaches in different sports alongside working within an ambitious and visionary team.
