About this team The Australia & New Zealand Community team is responsible for pioneering brand advocacy in new markets and strengthening resonance in existing markets through an innovative mix of traditional marketing and grassroots community building. A day in the life: This role drives significant brand and product category growth in market through the strategic marketing of ambassadors, partners, and athletes. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Area Community Manager in executing Partnership and Athlete strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining successful relationships with partnerships and athletes. Being the key point of contact for new partnership or athlete requests. Identifying opportunities for program growth. Executing the marketing activation plan and calendar for athletes and partners. Building the framework and strategy for athlete storytelling across channels. Creating and monitoring key metrics to show program impact. Creating strategic priorities and deliverables for commercial partnerships. Understanding athletes’ technical product needs and showcasing the brand & product. Staying updated on trends in fitness, athletes, sports marketing, and subculture. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing or similar business-related field). 5+ years of experience in sports or athlete marketing or commercial partnerships. Strong understanding of the Australian & New Zealand sporting landscape. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven capacity to form strategic partnerships and build interpersonal relationships. Must haves:
