Sports Marketing Manager - North London - Fulltime office-based role.

The Role

This role will suit a marketing professional with experience in defining and developing a global brand and creating and leading a marketing and communication strategy. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll lead the marketing activity to boost brand awareness, drive innovative campaigns, and ensure seamless social media activations across multiple sales channels—including Amazon Marketplace.

With quick decision-making, fewer processes slowing you down, and a collaborative culture, this is the ideal role for someone who thrives on action and results.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy for B2B, B2C, and DTC audiences. Align the brand’s vision with business goals to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Drive engaging social media campaigns and impactful activations. Oversee cross-promotional activities across diverse sales channels, including retail and e-commerce (Amazon Marketplace). Manage and report on annual marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaign delivery. Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and optimize for better results. Collaborate with internal teams, sports ambassadors, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life. Lead and nurture a growing marketing team, starting with one direct report. Identify new opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and audience engagement.

Experience needed:

Proven experience in brand marketing within consumer goods industries. A hands-on leader with the confidence to take ownership and drive results. Strong expertise in social media activations, brand positioning, and campaign delivery. Ability to make quick, informed decisions and challenge ideas constructively to deliver innovative solutions. An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. A passion for sports—you'll live and breathe it in this role!
