Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week Tues – Thurs
The Role
Reporting to the Sports Promotions Team Lead, this role will cover all aspects of sports promotions and marketing with a focus on bonus campaign creation, execution and analysis, as well as segmentation and customer journeys.
You will develop a clear understanding of the LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet player activity to help increase retention and revenue. You will also carry out various marketing activities across both brands, including campaign creation, digital, media, PR, product testing and development.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of all Sportsbook promotional activity on both desktop & mobile platforms
Building & testing all Sportsbook promotion mechanics from start to finish ensuring the best possible customer journey
Creating new & existing customer offers across sportsbook
Work with the Acquisition Team to drive welcome offers & improve conversion rates
Working closely with the Casino Promotion Team to maximise cross-sell opportunities during key sporting events
Collaborate with the trading team to work with on the creation of price based promotions and enhancements
Planning ahead with the CRM Team to ensure full support of all campaigns via email, log in messages, push notifications & SMS
Reporting on all campaign performances on a regular basis and sharing with the wider teams
Work with the Insights team to help assess promotional performance for Sportsbook
Competitor analysis and reporting
Creating and implementing ideas and suggestions for new Sports products & offers
Promoting new Sports content and coordinating with the Sports Ops Team both on app and web
Working with the Product Team and input to their roadmap
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience in online gaming within Sportsbook or promotions is preferred
A keen interest and or knowledge in sportsbook products
Experience of working in Marketing
Numerically strong with good reporting skills
Strong sporting Knowledge
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Customer focused and eager to improve the customer experience
Logical and strategic thinking
