You will be maintaining the parks and open spaces of the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames and Elmbridge. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining and preparing high-quality sports surfaces, primarily focusing on cricket and football pitches. This position requires a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for preparing pristine playing surfaces. Requirements: Have previous team leader experience Experience in maintaining fine turf surfaces in a sports environment. Knowledge of cricket pitch preparation techniques and best practices. Experience with line marking and other grounds maintenance tasks. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Experienced using a wide variety of small engine machinery PA1 & PA6 is desirable. Reliable and conscientious and able to work on their own initiative.
