Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Factory Scheduler to streamline workflows and meet production targets. Maintain the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing issues proactively. Train and mentor employees to diversify and strengthen skills within the department. Provide comprehensive training to new team members in the sprayshop. Strategically organise weekly sprayshop schedules to optimise productivity. Continuously improve departmental processes to minimise downtime and waste. Collaborate with all departments to address inefficiencies and implement solutions. Ensure all maintenance is timely, thorough, and compliant with safety standards. Uphold all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and compliant workspace. Oversee paint stores and sprayshop inventory, prioritising stock rotation and proper disposal of expired materials. Undertake additional tasks to contribute to the company's objectives as needed. About You

You're an experienced leader in a manufacturing or sprayshop environment. You have a strong understanding of quality control, health and safety standards, and operational efficiency. You're a skilled communicator who thrives in cross-departmental collaboration. You're proactive, adaptable, and driven to improve processes and outcomes. Ready to make an impact?
