About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced
Sprinkler Engineer
to join a leading facilities maintenance provider specializing in high-end residential environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious properties in the Docklands area, ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of sprinkler systems, including wet and dry risers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repair of sprinkler systems, including wet and dry risers, in high-end residential properties. Perform routine inspections to ensure systems meet safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in sprinkler systems. Carry out system upgrades and installations as required. Provide excellent customer service to residents and property management teams. Maintain detailed records of completed work and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sprinkler system maintenance and repair, with expertise in wet and dry risers. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. Previous experience in high-end residential or commercial environments is highly desirable. Ability to identify and resolve technical faults efficiently.
