SQL Data Analyst . Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a

customer queries
and investigating the current state of data to identify possible solutions, in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs. Identifying and managing the appropriate priorities
and required actions for escalation. Creating and testing
SQL scripts
to manipulate and analyse data on Microsoft SQL Servers. Accurately
managing and completing data conversions and imports
for customers within the initial project phase. Providing customers with
product usage advice and guidance . Gather, process and analyse large datasets
from various sources to extract meaningful insights. Manage and maintain databases , ensuring data integrity and security. Perform data cleanses and preprocessing
to ensure high-quality data for analysis. Develop and maintain
reports and dashboards to visualise KPIs and trends. Apply statistical techniques to interpret data
and provide actionable recommendations. Identify patterns and trends
in data sets to inform business strategies. Develop and implement predictive models
to forecast future trends and outcomes. Conducting
Root Cause Analysis
to prevent recurring data problems. Support the configuration in the setting up of new customers. Understanding and following internal processes to ensure ISO compliance. Strong proficiency in
Microsoft SQL (MS SQL) Server , including the ability to create, understand and review complex SQL queries. Previous experience in a
customer-facing role , preferably within a commercial software support environment, having utilised
ticket management systems . Able to work well under pressure, capable of adapting to and demonstrating resilience in relation to evolving business requirements. An ability to take ownership of your workload and use initiative when problem solving. Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills . Knowledge of
basic hardware infrastructure . Knowledge of
data-driven regulatory requirements , including Data Privacy & GDPR. Experience with
Team Foundation Server
is desirable but not essential. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Are a UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
