JOB OVERVIEW Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost effectiveness with a minimum of supervision and guidance. Perform engineering assignments associated with integrity of product design to assure manufacturability. Primary Responsibilities Cell SQDC daily management. Ensure production line's Test equipment & fixture safety. TPM execution for production fixture, equipment and process running effectively to support OTD. FBS Kaizen to the cells for Productivity and Quality improvement. Assist in identifying and accumulating data related to quality issues. Lead and coach trouble-shooter. Solve cell's complex process issue. Assist purchasing team to solve material alternative issue. Train operator for the necessary new job skills, certify operator skill level. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years technical experience, or equivalent combination and experience. Fluent in both oral and written English. Wide application of principles, theories and concepts of functional and component area. Requires originality and independent judgment and evaluation. Has very well trouble-shooting skill. Theories and concepts of manufacturing engineering with knowledge of lean production and Kaizen is preferred.
