Senior AWS Pre-sales Engineer

who will work with our senior management team in closing opportunities that we have identified in the market for AWS-related services. This role involves grasping client requirements, creating customised solutions, and working closely with the sales team to secure new business. The perfect candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of cloud technologies and be capable of explaining complex ideas clearly and engagingly. Key Responsibilities Engage with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand their business strategy and develop IT solutions and architecture. Provide consultancy around the current cost of delivery, potential solution models and approaches, and benefits analysis. Create customised technical proposals and solutions on AWS tailored to each client's unique needs. Work closely with AWS sales teams, solutions architects, and partners to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement. Provide feedback to AWS product teams based on customer interactions and experiences to help enhance AWS services and offerings. Create and maintain documentation, such as solution architectures, best practices, and case studies, to support sales and customer education. Essential Skills Current valid AWS certification, with a high preference for those holding AWS Solutions Architect Associate certificate. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the cloud industry. Deep knowledge of AWS architecture and services. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions. Familiarity with sales and business processes is advantageous. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
