Partner with and influence internal and external teams to rapidly and consistently execute world-class marketing campaigns and programs at the highest standard. Leverage global and regional strategies, and adapt messaging and media mix to local nuances to ensure their resonance in each locale. Manage marketing budget by locale. Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor business metrics and regularly report on performance up to VP level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed. Deliver continuous improvement programs which consistently drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across a wide range of key metrics at country level. A day in the life This is a high impact role on the Kuiper B2C Marketing team. You will be a key voice in regional decision-making, while end-to-end owning the B2C marketing strategy for several countries in Europe. A typical day will involve campaign planning, adaptation and implementation; stakeholder management; cross-functional coordination; measurement and optimization; budget and operational planning, and more. Reporting directly to a manager based in London, you will be expected to deliver autonomously and under the high degree of ambiguity which accompanies a fast-growing early-stage business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Experience in marketing or marketing research Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs Experience in professional non-internship marketing BA/BSc in business, communications, telecommunications, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
