Technical knowledge is a distinctive advantage, especially SAS. Design and implement customer success plans. Have an individual, tailored approach to each customer. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communications and organizational skills. Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team. Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
