Design and develop software solutions using Java 8/11 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JUnit, and other relevant technologies. Mentor and guide colleagues with less experience, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Implement event-driven APIs/applications, leveraging Spring/Spring Boot and Confluent Kafka. Collaborate closely with business users and various teams within the organization to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to incident resolution and defect management, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed applications. Embrace agility and promote agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Requirements
Deep understanding of Java, object-oriented design, and design patterns. Proficiency in Java development tools, libraries, and frameworks. Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. Knowledge or interest in Domain Driven Design, REST API principles, and event-driven architecture. Strong understanding of microservices and their architectural implications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation. Ability to take ownership and make sound technical decisions within your Scrum team. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Complete understanding of the end-to-end application deployment process. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus. Additional Requirements
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Years Of Experience
