What to Expect
The Sr. Manager, Mobility Funding is primarily responsible for operation initiatives, controls and systems within Mobility. This position provides operations leadership and subject matter expertise in development, expansion and maintenance of system enhancements, quality controls, reporting, and policy and procedures within Mobility Operations/Funding.
What You Will Do
Oversee, establish, and define clear funding priorities of various Mobility products including but not limited to products originating from Commercial Vehicle Finance, Subscription, Fleet, Truck, Trailer and B2B/OEM Equipment finance requests.
Provide support to the design requirements and implementation of the ALFA system from a funding perspective, including identifying best practices and potential friction points that may occur during the funding process.
Create, validate, and monitor Mobility reporting, data and methods and provide overviews and recommendations to Sr. management to drive process improvements that lead to enhanced and efficient business performance.
Coordinate with underwriting, servicing, sales, and collection teams to enhance operational effectiveness including process gaps, associate training, dealer training needs and communication.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
What You Will Bring
Minimum 8 years progressive Commercial Operations experience, including Commercial Mobility.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Truck and trailer financing background a plus.
Daybreak and/or ALFA knowledge is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of compliance laws as related to commercial vehicle lending, contracting and funding.
Thorough knowledge with funding and loan documentation.
Knowledge of automated credit decision system(s).
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills – oral and written.
Relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.
Ability to motivate and develop team subordinates.
Intermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
