We are searching for a SR Marketing Specialist to join our Orchard Brands team. JOB SUMMARY Analyzes results of marketing programs, maintains and audits quality of marketing decision support information and assists in the marketing plan, including catalog mailings, e-commerce marketing, and inquiry programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis and Decision Support Performs database analysis using query and reporting tools to provide answers to key marketing questions and also to support research projects. Catalogs mailing post-analysis, including producing list and segmentation performance. Produces standard and ad-hoc marketing reports, including Quarterly Topline Reports for Marketing. Planning & Forecasting Creates and maintains marketing information within various systems. Assists Marketing Director in the implementation and analysis of marketing programs and tests. Assigns and maintains the listing promotions codes for all print and web, as well as updating necessary files and systems for execution. Catalog Production and Execution Assists Marketing Director in producing and maintaining the catalog production guide which is a document used to order all seasonal catalog components and necessary to direct the bindery operation. Assists in maintaining the promotion master grid and approving catalog covers, order fonts and messaging. Assists in the execution of non-mailing events, such as requestor books, by providing analysis and decision-support information for order quantities. E-Commerce Assists Marketing Director in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing plans. Develops knowledge in the field of eCommerce and uses Adobe daily to pull weekly reporting for high level web stats. Maintains Weekly Web Event Reads. Assigns promotion codes for trigger campaigns as needed and communicates updates to the email team. Maintains the portfolio’s digital marketing project management tool. Formulates and posts weekly organic social posts (1-4 weekly) across the various digital channels (FB, IG). Assists in Influencer Campaigns, including ordering of merchandise and tracking shipments. Also will repost relevant content to the Blair pages. Reviews email, homepage, and catalog proofs as needed. Other Assists with Walmart Selling. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred; or 3 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
