Amazon Shipping is searching for a Senior Manager to support our revenue protection space. This is a new space for our team, and we are looking to work with the new leader to build an industry-leading revenue protection space to support us in lowering prices for our customers.

The Senior Manager in Revenue Protection will build our key performance indicators to manage our revenue leakage. They will then work across our supply chain in a high-profile capacity, building an end-to-end governance structure to ensure this is addressed.

In this role, you will need to enjoy being a self-starter who is able to self-identify complex business problems while working with stakeholders on creating a path to green. You will also be expected to communicate across all levels of leadership up to and including director level.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate who has experience in the parcel delivery industry, with a background in revenue protection.

Key Job Responsibilities Identify and build reporting with support from our analytics team for areas impacting revenue leakage. Create and manage the roadmap to address revenue leakage, ensuring that each defect you identify has a clear and measurable cost impact. Must be comfortable escalating with clear and concise data. Must be able to write concise narrative documents which explain problem statements and plans to address. Must be a self-starter as you will be required to identify and correct the issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Degree qualified, or 2 years Amazon experience. (Required) Demonstrated experience of reducing defects at a network level. (Required) Experience in the parcel delivery industry (Required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SQL (Preferred) Experience in a Revenue Protection Function, or managing defects such as on-time delivery, or claims reduction (Preferred)
