We are seeking a Russian-speaking
Sr.
Operations Associate
to join our dynamic team in London, located near the Barbican underground station. The Job: Visa Application Management : Scrutinize documents and collect applications for visa processing.
Record and maintain accurate application data with zero errors.
Ensure timely and precise data entry into the system.
Customer Service : Address customer and applicant queries in person, via email, or over the phone.
Provide information about Value Added Services and ensure their delivery to applicants/customers.
Financial Transactions : Handle cash and bank-related transactions as assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Logistics & Administration : Oversee the administration and logistics of passport delivery to consulates, applicants, or logistic partners.
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, manuals, and compliance requirements without deviations.
Customer Experience : Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and overall experiences at the application center.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth and timely processing within the mandated Turnaround Time (TAT).
Support & Collaboration : Assist the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing projects and initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate: Language Proficiency : Fluent in
Russian
(both spoken and written).
Excellent command of
English .
Technical Skills : Strong computer skills with proficiency in
MS Office .
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Customer Handling : Skilled in addressing and resolving customer queries and complaints effectively.
Problem-Solving : Ability to innovate and improve processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and multitasking abilities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 - £40,000 GBP, depending on experience, along with other benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
