Responsible for process development and commercialization of new products. Support a cross functional integration of activities of R&D, Business, Purchasing and other supply chain functions on a Global scale in support of new product commercialization, process improvements, raw material economics and security of supply. Responsibilities

Develop products defining the manufacturing processes from bench scale studies with first-time manufacturing success. Perform process conceptualization and techno-economic feasibility studies. Develop fundamental correlations between process conditions and process chemistry. Champion safe and efficient process research. Support stage-gate processes to develop opportunities for product and process improvement. Provide guidance for R&D during early product conceptualization to develop a testing plan consistent with the manufacturing process. Assure that complete ISO documentation is maintained on all ISO or quality related activities. Participate in ISO related activities and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the ISO function. Skills and Abilities
