This senior role will identify prospects and build pipelines based on targeted account research to present and close new business opportunities to achieve annual quota and revenue goals, with a specific focus on adapting strategies to regional market demands and compliance requirements.

Detailed Job Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and key stakeholders within the EMEA region.
- Guide deals swiftly and diligently through our sales process from discovery to close, with a keen understanding of EMEA market compliance and cultural nuances.
- Consistently build current and next quarter pipeline via events, target account research, social media prospecting and other lead generation activities, with a focus on EMEA-specific channels and strategies.
- Maintain pipeline with diligence and timeliness to support accurate reporting and forecasting for current & future quarters, with additional reporting on EMEA market progress.
- Demonstrate timely actioning with inbound leads, proposal delivery, and prospect follow-up, ensuring alignment with EMEA business practices and expectations.
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals, with specific targets set for the EMEA region.
- Deliver compelling presentations, RFPs, and demonstrations of our insight solutions, tailored for the EMEA audience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level Account contacts and champions, particularly within the EMEA market.
- Multi-thread deals with multiple stakeholders and have a keen understanding of deal viability using sales best practices, with adjustments for regional specifics in the EMEA.
- Work closely with SDRs to strategically target accounts, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the EMEA region.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to collaborate on opportunities, share best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams, with a focus on enhancing EMEA market strategies.
What Does Success Look Like?
Success in the role of Sr. Sales Director EMEA is defined by achieving and exceeding revenue targets through effective lead generation, deal management, and relationship building tailored to the EMEA market. It entails consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals while maintaining a robust pipeline through targeted account research and lead generation activities specific to EMEA. Success also involves developing and nurturing strong relationships with senior-level Account contacts and champions, multi-threading deals with multiple stakeholders, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to drive business opportunities and share best practices, all within the context of the EMEA market dynamics. Ultimately, success is measured by the ability to drive revenue growth for the organization's end client business while maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence in all sales activities, with a strong emphasis on understanding and integrating into the EMEA business landscape.
The MUST haves:
- Minimum Four or more (4+) years of experience in market research sales.
- Two or more (2+) years prior experience selling research technology/Insights solutions or Consumer insights tools.
- Functional knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of excellence with year over year quota attainment.
- Experience selling into Fortune 5000 brands.
- Experience selling 6-figure contracts.
- In-depth understanding of the EMEA market, including regional compliance, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Fluency in multiple languages prevalent in the EMEA region is highly preferred to effectively communicate and negotiate in diverse markets.

- BA or BS degree preferred.
- Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region.
- Advanced certifications in sales methodologies or strategies.
- Experience with advanced CRM analytics and reporting tools.
- Prior leadership experience or roles in cross-regional projects within EMEA.
