ServiceNow GRC Developer , the role will include collaborating with other members of the client team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects. In this role, you will also train the client team on user and admin levels. Key responsibilities: Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform. User Management. Entity Scoping leveraging CMDB. Policy and Compliance Management. Risk Management (Classic), Migrate existing risks to risk management module. Audit Management. Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions. Design and architect solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements. Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Provide training to client team on user and admin level. Support handover process. Assist in developing ongoing training programs for the department. Promote a team environment by assisting and contributing to fellow employees whenever necessary to enhance the professional development of everyone within the organization. Ability to mentor other engineers on advanced troubleshooting, debugging and case management skills. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Proficient in ServiceNow modules i.e., GRC, ITSM, SECOPS and Custom application development. Expertise in building and consuming APIs using REST/SOAP, with knowledge of JSON and XML. Write Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks. Utilize Python for advanced data processing and creating utilities that complement ServiceNow functionalities. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels (including as a key influencer and subject matter expert). Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS. Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment. Must hold one of the below qualifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). ServiceNow CIS certification in GRC/IRM suite (Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, etc.). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-R&C). TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
