Shenzhen Branch Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager based in Shenzhen, China for Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT). The team focuses on improving customer experience at Amazon globally. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for deep diving into a specific customer area and driving our team's strategy and long-term plans for this customer. The ideal candidate will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for business development and problem solving at scale, and have P/L ownership. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery of projects and is responsible for partnering with team leaders and compliance officers within the team and across Amazon to deliver team’s objectives. The candidate will be part of a global and diverse team and working on multiple competing projects spanning across time zones. The role will be a good fit if you: Are a self-starter and like working with ambiguity. Are hands-on in solving business problems and then identifying technology based solutions which can be scaled globally. Have experience working with teams spread globally. Key job responsibilities

Assist on one of the workstreams including building annual plans, goal delivery, and maintaining overall budget. Continuously provide contribution on innovating and improving processes driving simplification and automation across the team. Influence Amazon leaders to improve their current customer facing solutions for the specific customer cohort based on the studies delivered by the team. Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure project output is leveraged to its fullest extent. Navigate internal teams and work with diverse cross-functional groups, including business teams, finance, sales, technology, support, fulfillment, and supply chain. About the team

Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings for almost every business at Amazon - for every customer (e.g., consumers, developers, sellers/brands, employees, investors, streamers, gamers). Our approach is based on determining the customer needs, along with problem solving, and we work backwards from there. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team, made up of a diverse set of profiles, skills, and backgrounds - including: Product Managers, Software Developers, Computer Vision experts, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Business Analysts, Risk Managers, and more. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience as a product manager or owner PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
