Job ID: 2748107 | Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 Amazon is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team as Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), playing a pivotal role in leading design, facility, and engineering activities within Amazon's Fulfillment Network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role will be located in Luxembourg with occasional travel. Reporting directly to the Global Realty Engineering Manager in Luxembourg, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and cross-functionally managing fire protection engineering programs aimed at optimizing and enhancing the safety and efficiency of both existing and new facilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to drive the development and management of fire protection design specifications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project and program management experience, practical knowledge of fire protection engineering, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment while partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement cost-saving processes and programs.

Key job responsibilities The Sr TPM (Technical Program Manager) will be the single threaded leader on fire protection design initiatives across the EMEA region while tracking key metrics and performance, function as consulting SME to stakeholders, be able to build a business case and market building improvements, and work across the industry to understand trends and develop scalable technologies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in technical product or program management - Experience working directly with engineering teams - Experience in software development - Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
