Senior Graphic Designer
to play a key role in shaping
Sweat Economy’s
online presence. Your mission will be to craft and elevate our visual identity in a way that truly clicks with our audience. You’ll create eye-catching designs across our marketing channels: social media, blogs, paid ads, and campaigns, bringing production-ready assets that both boost the brand and captivate our users. Plus, you’ll lend your creative touch to presentations, print materials, and even updates to our website.
What you’ll do: Create stunning visual assets: From websites to social media, presentations to marketing materials. You’ll bring the brand's vision to life across every platform Marketing magic: Design visually compelling content for social media, blogs, paid ads, and campaigns that captivates our audience Rapid design turnaround: Manage fast-paced projects, taking ideas from concept to final product while keeping the brand's identity sharp and consistent Collaborate across teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure every design hits the right notes and aligns with our brand goals Refine and evolve: Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to guide the creative direction forward Elevate brand guidelines: Join brainstorming sessions to continuously raise the bar for our brand's visual identity Website wizardry: Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring all pages look on-point and serve our users well Print and presentation pro: Create eye-catching print materials and slick decks for our big conference moments Apply, if you have
5+ years of web design & graphic experience A standout Portfolio showing a range of projects where your eye for aesthetics and design principles has brought ideas to life and effectively conveyed strong messages. Design mastery: deep understanding of the fundamentals - typography, color theory, composition, and branding. Plus, you can explain your design choices and the "why" behind them with ease ️ Proven experience in marketing, print, or website design Top-notch communication skills to articulate and defend your design decisions even in complex situations Proficient in the tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Workspace Collaborative spirit to brainstorm with fellow designers, exchanging ideas, and iterating to strengthen the brand’s identity and guidelines Preferred Background : Experience or interest in finance and/or cryptocurrency sectors Familiarity with design trends in the crypto space Bonus points if you’ve got some UI/UX experience too As a person you: Always show up on time and can be counted on Great at building and maintaining strong team connections A pro at asking the right questions and digging deep to uncover missing info Roll with the punches - flexible, adaptable, and stay cool during changes or revisions Super organized, love a tidy system for managing files and tasks Eyes like a hawk when it comes to details and accuracy What you will get in return
