We are looking for a SRE Engineer to join our Technology team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding Product Development team. As an SRE Engineer, you will be a key component in ensuring our products run smoothly in production. Working with several engineering groups within Product Development, you will liaise with them to ensure our products work smoothly for our clients. You will be involved in creating and implementing our approach to support and maintain our products; you and your team will be the first line of support, responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of our services. The SRE will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of our infrastructure. You will thrive in an agile cross-functional environment ensuring the continuous success of our engineering space by aligning to our FinTrU people-centric values. You should apply if you have:

3+ years within a Software Development environment, with hands-on product development included in this timeframe. 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role with demonstrable examples of RCA, support techniques, and extensive experience in incident management. Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET (or other object-oriented language), OOP skills, REST API design. Data: RMDBS & No-SQL (OLTP and OLAP) structured and unstructured data skills (query, modeling, indexing), Caching (Redis or other), search engine and indexing (Elastic or another stack). Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and reliable systems on our cloud platform. Researching, designing, building, and enhancing new and existing robust framework solutions to accommodate changes to solutions ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
