Your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace will help integrate email, chat, storage, and collaboration platforms services during merger projects. You'll also ensure our infrastructure's resilience and scalability, impacting our operations directly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement change management practices, and analyze data for strategic insights. With your technical and communication skills, you'll be vital in cloud services integration. Responsibilities: * Design and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace offerings to ensure the resiliency and scalability of cloud infrastructure. * Utilize Microsoft tools such as PowerShell, Azure AD, Graph API, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Services to maintain and enhance cloud services. * Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Cybersecurity, Operations, vendors, and members of the acquired company, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Apply change management practices and agile frameworks to implement account level changes, providing testing, documentation, and guidance to operations for global tenant-wide changes. * Acquire comprehensive knowledge of datasets required for a holistic view of tenant footprint to assist in strategic deployments. * Develop, construct, and execute a consistent data gathering process for scope assessment, data ownership establishment, and post-migration validation. * Assess, document, and master migration tools such as Quest on Demand and AvePoint.
