SSA Site Lead , you will be responsible for SSA contracts delivery in terms of execution and operational KPIs within the boundaries of scope, cost, and time. SSA Site Lead , you will be responsible for: Execute the SSA as per the defined scope, cost, and timelines. Communicate any changes in scope or cost with the contract manager/Team Leader. Ensure execution quality, provide technical advisory, and ensure timely report submission. Proactively collect insights for customer satisfaction, pain points, and intelligence. Establish trust and credibility with customers. Deliver on Operation Excellence Metrics requirements and vocalize billability concerns. Ensure proper communication to the Contract Manager to drive portal quality and extract insights. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Have technical knowledge with certification and proven experience in your discipline. Be flexible and able to work under stress while managing single/multiple accounts. Have excellent communication and soft skills to easily work with customers. Be agile and adaptable to new technologies. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to work independently. Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
