Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 year’s experience in the sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage site operations efficiently and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments. Manage and supervise site staff and subcontractors. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civils sector. Valid First Aid certification. Full UK driving licence. SSSTS or SMSTS certification. CSCS card.
