You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Pack: Oversee daily operations to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate appointments, staff schedules, and clinic events with precision. Ensure exceptional client service and foster strong relationships with pet owners. HR Hero: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for our fantastic team. Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee development. Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Finance Guru: Monitor clinic expenses and revenues, ensuring financial health. Coordinate with external accountants and financial advisors as needed. Health and Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to protect staff, clients, and animals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Animal Enthusiast:
