We are looking for skilled software engineers who are passionate about producing quality software to join our engineering teams. Engineers are afforded the opportunity to move between teams as necessary to deliver products, so it helps to be a quick learner and willing to adapt to new technical challenges. Responsibilities:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will work in our Agile team on the development of our Java and C++ based Debugger and SoC bring Up tools. Working with a team of engineers, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from working with our Product Managers to clarify requirements through to design, development and deployment of new features. You will implement new features for our suite of debug tools, such as Arm Debugger and Arm Development Studio () and develop firmware for our DSTREAM family () of high performance debug and trace probes. You will have the opportunity to lead other specialists, helping to guide, mentor and support engineers with varying levels of experience. Required Skills and Experience :

A good understanding and practical experience of Java and/or C++ programming. Strong abstract reasoning skills with an ability to focus on key concepts at all levels of detail. Familiarity with the concepts of modern, effective software development: source control, automated testing, object-oriented or functional paradigms and the Agile methodology. Experience leading the delivery of features. Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience with scripting in Python and using the Linux command line. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

Experience with embedded software development Use of embedded debug tools like Arm Development Studio or Keil MDK and associated JTAG or SWD debug probes Familiarity with Visual Studio Code Team leadership and mentoring experience Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or CMake Test development using Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or Robot In Return:
