The main duties of this post are: Delivering complex wound care over several locations to ambulatory patients Managing complex leg ulcer patients in line with Trust policy Leading on MDT clinics, where we proactively manage patients' wound care Liaising with the wider MDT including DN's, Podiatrists, TVN, Heart Failure and Vascular Nurses About us
