Main duties of the job
Patient care & safety working in line with trust policies and evidence-based practice. Safe administration of medications. Facilitating patient & family-centered care. Providing high standards of personal care. Able to prioritise workload. Work collaboratively as part of the MDT. Continue to improve knowledge and skills. Attend regular mandatory and non-mandatory training. Being an advocate for your patients. Ensure accurate record keeping. Maintaining high standards of infection prevention & control. Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing and challenging environment. Support development and learning of students and junior colleagues. About us

Understanding of quality and changing practice in a clinical setting. Neurology experience. Skills & Attributes
Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings with patients/families/MDT team and with people of varying levels of understanding. Able to deal with questions and present factual information. Able to maintain accurate records. Demonstrate basic IT skills and understanding. Able to prioritise workload and delegate where necessary. Canulation/Venepuncture. Specialised Neurology Infusions. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
