A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an amazing care home based in the Bangor, Northern Ireland area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. This care home provides a high standard of residential and nursing care for elderly people that are living with dementia, learning or physical disabilities. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse your key duties include: Leading a team to ensure the highest possible standards of care. Assessment of residents' needs, creating and implementing care plans. Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet residents' physical, social, and psychological needs, whilst still championing independence and personal choice. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records. Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines - identify, investigate, and resolve risks proactively. Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times. The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Passion for enhancing the quality of life. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks. Able to show a can-do attitude always. The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.74 per hour and the annual salary is up to £45,165.12 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
