Band 5 Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Laburnum Lodge Intermediate Care is looking for experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses with strong leadership skills, motivation, and a passion for high-quality patient care and safety to join our team. Main Duties of the Job
Laburnum Lodge Intermediate Care Bed Base facility is a 16-bedded rehabilitation unit providing sub-acute nursing, medical, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy treatment and care. We are looking to recruit motivated, hardworking nurses with excellent communication skills and a passion for their role and improving patient care. When working clinically, we expect you to perform with passion and drive, provide clinically excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members. You will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient-centered care in a supported environment. If you want to develop your nursing skills in this specialty and are a team player, then this could be the job for you. We support our nurses to learn about rehabilitation medicine and become competent in managing patients under our care. You should have a genuine interest in working with older adults and must have excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be able to provide quality care and be responsible for ensuring care is provided safely and to a high standard. Working for Our Organisation

Registered Nurse General Diploma in Nursing Experience
