We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills who is dedicated to being part of our friendly team. As a Staff Nurse, you will assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of surgical and urology patients to a busy surgical assessment unit. You will provide a high standard of individualized care to patients, acting as a role model and supporting the sisters/Charge Nurse in driving quality care provision forward. Main Duties of the Job

If successful, some of your duties will include: Admitting, transferring, and discharging surgical and urology patients from Broomfield and Basildon. Performing relevant nursing tasks including drug administration, wound care, drain care, pre and post-operative care, personal care, and pressure area care. Completing relevant nursing paperwork and assessments. Liaising with senior staff and bed management to maintain patient flow. Working for Our Organisation

NMC registration Experience

Experience working in an acute healthcare setting Surgical or emergency care experience Please be aware that, as per the new Immigration guidelines, we cannot sponsor candidates with a salary (full-time or pro-rata) under the current minimum threshold.
