Job Title: Permanent Staff Nurse

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire

Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour

Shift Type: Days and Nights

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and uphold the standards of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. Provide pre- and post-operative care. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Support and mentor junior nursing staff and students.

Qualifications and Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Compassionate, patient-focused approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
