Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions. Requirements: NMC Registered. Previous experience within a similar role.
