We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse at
Oakridge Care Home
who is truly passionate about providing the best possible care to our residents. Working as part of our fantastic multi-disciplinary team, your main role will be to ensure the best care is provided through tasks such as administration of medication, maintenance and creation of care plans, carrying out risk assessments, monitoring residents and recording observations. Oakridge Care Home is a 65 bedded home specialising in frail elderly, residential and dementia care. What we need from you Qualified RGN/ RMN (including newly qualified - preceptorship can be facilitated) Current NMC Registration Have previous experience within a similar role Eligibility to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Good general health (medically fit) In return Salary of £19.94 per hour (paid weekly) ‘Refer a friend’ bonus scheme Funding for further education Life assurance cover Flexible shift patterns Opportunities for promotion Supportive and established teams within the homes High level employee retention Good management support Free uniform Free on-site parking Access to excellent training and development opportunities If this sounds right for you… A career in care is one of the most rewarding careers.
