Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) looking to join a supportive and friendly team? We’re a well-established, family-run nursing home in Alnwick with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality, person-centered care. We’re looking for experienced nurses to join us on either a day or night shift basis.

The Role:
You’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while supporting a team that values kindness, respect, and teamwork. You’ll work with residents to ensure their needs are met and that they receive care that preserves their dignity and individuality.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor clinical needs
Assess, plan, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual needs
Support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin
Previous nursing experience (ideally within a care home or similar setting)
A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and reliability to ensure continuity of care
