Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Staff Nurse to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience. This role involves both day and night shifts, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents. Ensure the care home maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification. Minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience. Strong clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
