Position: Registered Nurse Days or Nights Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Salary: £20.00 per hour Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (on a rota basis) Benefits include:

Working under the guidance of an experienced and well-respected manager Delivering high standards of care to mainly elderly service users with a range of general nursing needs Creating and working with person-centred care plans Accurately and thoroughly maintaining service users' records Administering medication Monitoring and assessing the needs of the service users Leading a team of carers who are working under your guidance Liaising with outside professionals You must:
Be nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified) Have strong clinical skills Have a clean DBS and good references Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting Ideally, have experience within a nursing home background Have exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done Have a professional attitude to your work Be reliable, committed to your nursing, and able to evidence strong personal standards Experience of caring for people with dementia Job Ref:
