Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality evidence-based care within the boundaries of the role. Monitoring long-term conditions, delivering health promotion and screening, and responding to medical emergencies. Triage patient needs in accordance with specific standard operating procedures. Facilitating the use of evidence-based practice to ensure that clinical care is both effective and appropriate. Carring out general nursing duties. Maintaining contemporaneous records. Supporting and making a professional contribution to the development of integrated healthcare. Acting as a preceptor/mentor in accordance with experience.
