Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing. Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges. Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Requirements:
NMC Registered Previous experience within a similar role
