As a senior staff nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment, providing leadership to your peers and managing the clinical services throughout the Care Home Units. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete an appropriate competency development portfolio. The role offers variety, with no two days being the same, and a good amount of routine, as well as access to the Elysium Wellbeing team and career development opportunities.

This is a senior staff nurse role within the Elysium Healthcare organization, which is a large and established healthcare provider with over 8,000 employees. The role involves leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, working within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career development and training, as well as access to various employee benefits.
