Job Ref: dmkglee2 Staff Nurse – Outpatients Leeds Full Time / Permanent Dream Medical are looking for an exceptional and experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy department, encompassing a variety of general and specialised outpatient consultations. Minor procedures undertaken include Laser Treatment to Varicose Veins, Hysteroscopy/Colposcopy, Urodynamics and Dermatological minor surgery. This role offers flexible working patterns to cover the needs of the Department which is open from 08.00 – 21.00 hrs. It combines empathetic care with high levels of expertise; reassuring and encouraging patients while also having the clinical skills to take part in procedures and recovery. Key Accountabilities:
Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs. Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme.
