Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Assessment & Planning:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Monitoring & Evaluation:
Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and adjust care plans accordingly. Ensure timely documentation of patient information. Clinical Procedures:
Perform a variety of clinical tasks, including wound care, intravenous therapy, catheterization, and other procedures as needed. Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing education and emotional support. Ensure accurate handover of care information. Infection Control & Safety:
Adhere to infection control policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines to ensure a safe clinical environment. Support & Mentorship:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff and students, promoting their development within the team. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
