We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled RMNs and RGNs to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents with mental health conditions and complex needs Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team Administer medications and manage treatment plans effectively Support and provide guidance to junior staff and nursing assistants Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for both residents and team members What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
